The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf, heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with laminate decking is designed to maximize your storage area with a max storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level, suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The durable and adaptable open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments and provide four side access for maximum flexibility. The kit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams that lock securely to the corner posts using double rivet button stud construction, preventing back and side sway. The shelving features a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and stain-resistant, easy-to-clean white melamine surface decking that measures 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging. The particle board ships in two pieces. The assembly is easy with no bolts, nuts, or clips required, using snap-in components to form a structurally secure joint. Front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation when fully loaded, and the design allows easy expansion and stable joining of multiple units.
