The SC Preferred™ 4 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with laminate decking is designed for retail, commercial, and industrial applications, maximizing storage areas with various heights, widths, and depths to accommodate nearly every facility. It features a max storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level and open shelves that are adjustable at 1" increments. The open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility, and assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full loads. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts for structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically in 1" increments. The gray baked enamel finish is chip resistant, and the stain-resistant, easy-to-clean melamine surface decking measures 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging in white laminated particle board, which ships in two pieces.
