The SC Preferred 4-shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial settings, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, providing flexibility with an open design that allows four-side access. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing includes 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams, which lock perimeter beams into corner posts to eliminate back and side sway while preventing beam rotation when fully loaded. The shelves feature chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and stain-resistant, easy-to-clean white melamine surface decking that measures 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging. Assembly is easy and tool-free, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The particle board ships in two pieces.
