The SC Preferred™ 4 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage with a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It is suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, featuring durable and adaptable construction. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing for flexible configuration. Assembly is easy with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The shelving includes sturdy roll-formed steel framing for maximum support, front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load, and double rivet button stud construction that locks perimeter beams into corner posts, eliminating back and side sway. Each starter unit has rugged 2" x 1", 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments, and a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish. The stain-resistant, easy-to-clean laminate decking is 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging and a white laminated surface. The particle board ships in two pieces.
