The SC Preferred 4 Shelf Heavy Duty Boltless Shelving Starter with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage with a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level, suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The sturdy kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 GA steel uprights, punched on 1" centers, and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments without the need for bolts, nuts, or clips. The open shelves provide four side access and are adjustable in 1" increments to fit various storage needs. The durable roll-formed steel framing and front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation when fully loaded, while the double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into the corner posts, ensuring structural security against back and side sway. The decking consists of a 1/2" thick stain-resistant melamine surface with pre-cut square edging, finished in white laminated chip-resistant gray baked enamel. The particle board ships in two pieces.
