The SC Preferred 3 shelf heavy duty channel boltless shelving add-on with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage with a max storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level, suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. It features adjustable open shelves at 1" increments and easy assembly with no bolts, nuts, or clips required. The unit includes 96"W double rivet channel beams for extra support and rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers. Double riveted horizontal beams adjust vertically on 1" increments, locking perimeter beams into corner posts with double rivet button stud construction to eliminate back and side sway. The framing is sturdy roll-formed steel with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. The decking is stain-resistant, easy-to-clean melamine with a white laminated finish, 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging, and particle board ships in two pieces. The unit has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish.
