The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf heavy duty channel boltless shelving add-on with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage capacity with a max storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level, suitable for retail, commercial, and industrial applications. The unit features durable roll-formed steel framing with 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable at 1" increments for customizable shelf heights. The open shelf design allows four-side access and easy assembly with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The shelving includes 96" wide double rivet channel beams for extra support and front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, creating a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. The shelves include a 1/2" thick stain-resistant, easy-to-clean white laminated melamine surface decking with chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish, and pre-cut square edging; the particle board ships in two pieces.
