The SC Preferred 3 shelf heavy duty channel boltless shelving add-on with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage with a max storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments and the 96" wide double rivet channel beams provide extra support. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The open design allows four side access for maximum flexibility, and units can be expanded by joining add-ons for improved stability without extensive construction. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing offers maximum support with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each add-on includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically on 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish protects the frame, and the stain-resistant, easy-to-clean white laminated melamine surface decking measures 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging. The particle board ships in two pieces.
