The SC Preferred 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage area with a max storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. Suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, the open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments and provide four side access for maximum flexibility. The unit measures with particle board decking that is 1/2" thick, white laminated, stain resistant, and easy to clean, featuring pre-cut square edging and shipping in two pieces. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing includes 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams for vertical adjustment, secured with double rivet button stud construction to lock perimeter beams into corner posts, preventing back and side sway and supporting front-to-back stability to prevent beam rotation under full load. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability, and assembly requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, using snap-in components for easy setup and expansion by joining units with more stability than bolting starter units together. The kit includes five shelves and is certified for heavy duty storage with dimensions and specifications adaptable to various heights, widths, and depths.
