The SC Preferred™ 5 Shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage capacity with a max storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level. This durable and adaptable storage solution is suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, offering adjustable open shelves at 1" increments. The kit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams that lock perimeter beams into corner posts for structural stability, and pre-cut 1/2" thick white laminated melamine surface decking with chip resistant gray baked enamel finish. The open design provides four-side access for maximum flexibility, and assembly requires no bolts, nuts, or clips—components snap in place easily for quick setup. Front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation under full load, and the double rivet button stud construction eliminates back and side sway. This product is designed for quick expansion and increased stability by joining multiple units with less construction effort than bolting two starter units together.
