The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf heavy duty channel boltless shelving starter with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage with a max storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level, suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments and the easy assembly requires no bolts, nuts, or clips. The unit features snap-in components for quick setup, with roll-formed steel framing providing strong support and front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts to form structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically at 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and stain-resistant, easy-to-clean white laminated melamine surface decking measure 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging.
