The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with laminate decking features a maximum storage weight of 1800 lbs. per level and is designed for durable and adaptable storage in retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable in 1" increments, allowing for flexible storage configurations. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 GA steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically on 1" increments, and stain-resistant, easy-to-clean melamine surface decking measuring 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging, finished in white laminated laminate. The shelving is assembled easily without bolts, nuts, or clips, utilizing snap-in components and a double rivet button stud construction that locks perimeter beams into corner posts, eliminating back and side sway and preventing beam rotation with front-to-back supports. The frame is constructed from sturdy roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish, and the open design allows four side access for maximum flexibility.
