The SC Preferred™ 4 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage capacity with a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It is durable and adaptable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, featuring adjustable open shelves that can be set at 1" increments. The kit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock perimeter beams into corner posts using double rivet button stud construction to form structurally secure joints and eliminate back and side sway. Front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation under full load. The shelves have a 1/2" thick stain-resistant, easy-to-clean melamine surface laminate decking with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and pre-cut square white laminated edging. Assembly is easy and requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, using snap-in components for quick set-up. The particle board ships in two pieces.
