The SC Preferred 3 Shelf commercial duty boltless shelving starter kit with wire decking is designed to maximize storage space in retail, industrial, and commercial environments, featuring adjustable open shelves at 1" increments for adaptable storage. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 GA steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams for top and bottom shelves, and single rivet horizontal beams for the center shelf, all with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish. The shelving system uses sturdy roll-formed steel framing with snap-in components for easy assembly without bolts, nuts, or clips, and the shelves utilize double rivet button stud construction to securely lock perimeter beams into corner posts, preventing back and side sway. Wire decking promotes ventilation, visibility, and light penetration while allowing sprinkler water to pass through easily, enhancing fire safety.
