The SC Preferred 3 shelf commercial duty boltless shelving starter with wire decking is designed to maximize storage space in retail, commercial, and industrial settings, offering various heights, widths, and depths to fit nearly every facility area. The shelving features durable roll-formed steel framing with 2" x 1" 14 ga steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams on the top and bottom shelves, and single rivet beams on the center shelf, all adjustable vertically at 1" increments. The starter unit includes open shelves that provide four-side access and are adjustable in 1" increments. The wire decking supports ventilation, visibility, and light penetration, and allows sprinkler water to pass through easily, enhancing fire safety. The shelving is finished with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel and assembles easily without bolts, nuts, or clips using snap-in components. Top and bottom shelves use double rivet button stud construction to lock perimeter beams into corner posts, creating structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway.
