The SC Preferred™ 3 Shelf Boltless Shelving Add On with wire shelving is designed to maximize storage space in retail, industrial, and commercial environments, offering various heights, widths, and depths to fit nearly any facility area. The open design provides four-side access for maximum flexibility, and shelves are adjustable at 1" increments. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The add-on unit includes 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams for top and bottom shelves, and single rivet horizontal beams for the center shelf, all providing sturdy roll-formed steel framing for maximum support. The top and bottom shelves feature double rivet button stud construction to lock perimeter beams into corner posts, creating structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability. Wire decking allows ventilation, visibility, and light penetration while enabling sprinkler water to pass throughout racks easily, thereby improving fire safety and reducing insurance premiums.
