The SC Preferred™ 4 shelf boltless shelving add-on with wire shelving is designed for durable and adaptable storage in retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. It features adjustable open shelves at 1" increments and requires no bolts, nuts, or clips for easy assembly. The unit accommodates various heights, widths, and depths to fit nearly every facility area. Its open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility, with snap-in components for simple set-up. Expansion is facilitated by joining units, providing more stability with less construction compared to bolting two starter units together. The shelving is constructed of sturdy roll-formed steel framing with top and bottom shelves using double rivet button stud construction to lock perimeter beams into corner posts, eliminating back and side sway, while the center shelf uses single rivet beams. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams, and single rivet horizontal beams that adjust vertically on 1" increments. The finish is a chip-resistant gray baked enamel. Wire decking enables ventilation, visibility, and light penetration, allowing sprinkler water to pass throughout the racks easily, improving fire safety.
