The SC Preferred 3-shelf commercial duty boltless shelving starter kit with wire decking is designed to maximize storage in retail, commercial, and industrial spaces, featuring adjustable open shelves that can be modified in 1" increments to fit various heights, widths, and depths. The easy assembly requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, utilizing snap-in components and sturdy roll-formed 14 gauge steel framing with 2" x 1" uprights punched on 1" centers. The top and bottom shelves employ double rivet button stud construction to lock perimeter beams into corner posts, creating structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway, while the center shelf uses single rivet beams. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability, and wire decking provides ventilation, visibility, light penetration, and allows sprinkler water to pass throughout the racks to improve fire safety. Each unit includes double riveted and single rivet horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments.
