The SC Preferred 3 Shelf commercial duty boltless shelving starter unit with wire decking is designed for retail, industrial, and commercial storage, offering durable and adaptable storage solutions with adjustable open shelves at 1" increments. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams for the top and bottom shelves, and single rivet horizontal beams for the center shelf, all of which adjust vertically in 1" increments without the need for bolts, nuts, or clips. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing ensures maximum support, with double rivet button stud construction locking perimeter beams into corner posts to form structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. The open design provides four side access for maximum flexibility, and the chip resistant gray baked enamel finish ensures durability. Wire decking promotes ventilation, visibility, and light penetration while allowing sprinkler water to pass easily through the racks, enhancing fire safety and lowering insurance premiums.
