The SC Preferred™ 4 shelf commercial duty boltless shelving add-on with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage in retail, industrial, and commercial spaces with adjustable open shelves at 1" increments. The kit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams, and single rivet horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments. The top and bottom shelves feature double rivet button stud construction to lock perimeter beams into corner posts, eliminating back and side sway, while the center shelf uses single rivet beams. The shelving measures 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging and features a stain-resistant, easy-to-clean melamine surface decking with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish. The open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility, and the snap-in components require no bolts, nuts, or clips for easy assembly. Expansion is facilitated by joining units with greater stability and less construction compared to bolting two starter units together.
