The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf commercial duty boltless shelving add-on with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage in retail, commercial, and industrial spaces. The unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T-posts punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams for the top and bottom shelves, which lock perimeter beams into corner posts using double rivet button stud construction for a structurally secure joint to eliminate back and side sway, and single rivet horizontal beams for the center shelf. The open shelves adjust vertically in 1" increments, providing flexible configuration options, and the easy assembly requires no bolts, nuts, or clips due to snap-in components. The chip-resistant, gray baked enamel finish enhances durability, while the stain-resistant, easy-to-clean melamine surface decking measures 1/2" thick and features pre-cut square edging. The open design allows four-side access, and the shelving is constructed from sturdy roll-formed steel framing for maximum support, with various heights, widths, and depths available to suit nearly every facility layout.
