The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf commercial duty boltless shelving starter with laminate decking is designed for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces to maximize storage area with various heights, widths, and depths available. The open design provides four-side access for maximum flexibility, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 ga steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams for top and bottom shelves, and single rivet horizontal beams for the center shelf, all snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips for assembly. Sturdy roll-formed steel framing ensures maximum support, and the top and bottom shelves use double rivet button stud construction to lock perimeter beams into corner posts, eliminating back and side sway, while the center shelf uses single rivet beams. The laminate decking measures 1/2" thick with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish on the steel and a stain-resistant, easy-to-clean white melamine surface with pre-cut square edging.
