The SC Preferred 3 Shelf commercial duty boltless shelving starter with laminate decking is designed for durable and adaptable storage in retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, featuring adjustable open shelves at 1" increments. The kit includes a starter unit with rugged 2" x 1" 14 ga steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams for the top and bottom shelves, single rivet horizontal beams for the center shelf, and stain-resistant, easy-to-clean white laminated melamine decking that is 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, while the double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts forming structurally secure joints, eliminating back and side sway. The finish is a chip-resistant gray baked enamel. Assembly is easy without the need for bolts, nuts, or clips, and the open design allows four side access for maximum flexibility.
