The SC Preferred™ 4 shelf commercial duty boltless shelving starter with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage space in retail, industrial, and commercial environments. It features durable roll-formed steel framing with 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted top and bottom horizontal beams, and single rivet center horizontal beams, all adjustable vertically at 1" increments. The open design allows access from all four sides for maximum flexibility. The kit includes rugged steel uprights and laminate decking that is 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging, featuring a stain-resistant, easy-to-clean melamine surface in white laminated finish. Assembly is tool-free with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The shelving uses double rivet button stud construction to lock perimeter beams into corner posts, creating a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. The shelves have a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish for durability and adaptability in various facility layouts.
