The SC Preferred™ 5 Shelf Commercial Duty Boltless Shelving Starter with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage in retail, industrial, and commercial spaces with various heights, widths, and depths to fit nearly any facility area. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams for top and bottom shelves, and single rivet horizontal beams for the center shelf, all adjustable vertically at 1" increments. The open shelves feature a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish, and the decking is a 1/2" thick stain-resistant, easy-to-clean white melamine laminate with pre-cut square edging. The snap-in components allow easy assembly with no bolts, nuts, or clips required. The top and bottom shelves use double rivet button stud construction to lock perimeter beams into the corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway, while the center shelf uses single rivet beams. The open design provides four-side access for maximum flexibility.
