The SC Preferred™ 4 Shelf Commercial Duty Boltless Shelving starter with laminate decking is designed for durable and adaptable storage in retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, maximizing storage area with various heights, widths, and depths to accommodate nearly every facility area. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing four side access for maximum flexibility. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 GA steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams for the top and bottom shelves, single rivet beams for the center shelf, and snap-in components for easy assembly without bolts, nuts, or clips. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, with top and bottom shelves featuring double rivet button stud construction to lock perimeter beams into corner posts, forming structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. The laminate decking measures 1/2" thick, has a stain-resistant, easy-to-clean melamine surface with pre-cut square edging, and is finished in white/laminated with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish on the steel framing.
