The SC Preferred™ 3-shelf commercial duty boltless shelving add-on with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage space in retail, commercial, and industrial environments, offering various heights, widths, and depths to fit nearly any facility area. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing for flexible storage configurations and providing four-side access for convenience. Assembly is simple and tool-free, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, with snap-in components that enable easy set-up and expansion by joining units with enhanced stability compared to bolting multiple starter units together. The shelving features sturdy roll-formed 14-gauge steel T posts punched at 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams on the top and bottom shelves, which use button stud construction to lock perimeter beams into corner posts, ensuring a structurally secure joint and eliminating back and side sway; the center shelf uses single rivet beams. The decking is 1/2" thick with a stain-resistant, easy-to-clean melamine surface and pre-cut square edging, complemented by a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish on the steel framing.
