The SC Preferred 4 shelf commercial duty boltless shelving starter with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage space in retail, commercial, and industrial environments. It includes a starter unit with rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams for the top and bottom shelves, and single rivet horizontal beams for the center shelf, all adjustable vertically at 1" increments. The open design allows four-sided access for maximum flexibility and features a chip resistant gray baked enamel finish on the steel framing. The laminate decking is stain resistant, easy to clean, measures 1/2" thick, and has pre-cut square edging in white/laminated. Assembly is tool-free, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, with snap-in components for easy setup. The top and bottom shelves utilize double rivet button stud construction to lock the perimeter beams into the corner posts, creating a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway.
