The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf commercial duty boltless shelving starter with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage space in retail, commercial, and industrial environments. The kit includes durable 2" x 1" 14 GA steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams for the top and bottom shelves, and single rivet horizontal beams for the center shelf, all adjustable vertically in 1" increments. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing ensures maximum support, with double rivet button stud construction locking perimeter beams into corner posts to prevent back and side sway. The open shelf design allows four side access for flexibility, with easy assembly requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. Shelves use a stain-resistant, easy-to-clean melamine surface decking that measures 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging and a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish.
