The SC Preferred™ 5 Shelf Commercial Duty Boltless Shelving starter with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial spaces, with various heights, widths, and depths to accommodate nearly every facility. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing four-side access for maximum flexibility, and the system features easy assembly without the need for bolts, nuts, or clips, using snap-in components. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, with top and bottom shelves using double rivet button stud construction to lock perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway; the center shelf uses single rivet beams. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams, and single rivet horizontal beams adjustable vertically in 1" increments. The shelving features a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and stain-resistant, easy-to-clean melamine surface decking that is 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging in white laminated.
