The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf commercial duty boltless shelving add-on with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage area in retail, commercial, and industrial applications, featuring durable roll-formed steel framing for maximum support. The kit includes rugged 14 GA steel T posts punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams for the top and bottom shelves that use double rivet button stud construction to lock perimeter beams into corner posts, eliminating back and side sway, and single rivet horizontal beams for the center shelf, all adjustable vertically at 1" increments. The open shelving design allows four-side access and offers adjustable open shelves at 1" increments. The melamine surface decking is stain resistant, easy to clean, measures 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging, and the entire unit has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The shelving system accommodates various heights, widths, and depths to fit nearly every facility area, and expansion is facilitated by joining add-on units for greater stability with less construction than bolting two starter units together.
