The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf commercial duty boltless shelving add-on with laminate decking is designed for durable and adaptable storage in retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. It features open shelves adjustable at 1" increments, allowing customization to maximize storage. The kit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams for the top and bottom shelves, and single rivet horizontal beams for the center shelf, all providing structural support and stability while eliminating back and side sway. The shelves are constructed with a 1/2" thick melamine surface decking that is stain resistant and easy to clean, with pre-cut square edging. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing incorporates double rivet button stud construction to lock perimeter beams into corner posts, creating secure joints. This boltless shelving system offers easy assembly with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, and its open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility. The unit measures in various heights, widths, and depths to accommodate nearly every facility layout and features a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish.
