The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf commercial duty boltless shelving add-on with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage space in retail, commercial, and industrial settings, offering various heights, widths, and depths to fit nearly any facility area. This open design provides four-side access and features snap-in components for easy assembly without the need for bolts, nuts, or clips. The kit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams for the top and bottom shelves, and single rivet beams for the center shelf, all adjustable vertically at 1" increments. The top and bottom shelves use double rivet button stud construction to lock perimeter beams into corner posts, creating a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. The laminate decking is 1/2" thick with a stain-resistant, easy-to-clean melamine surface and pre-cut square edging, finished with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel. This sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, making expansion easy and more stable than bolting two starter units together. Warranty terms apply as specified by the manufacturer.
