The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf commercial duty boltless shelving add-on with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage space in retail, industrial, and commercial environments. It features durable, sturdy roll-formed steel framing with rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams for the top and bottom shelves, while the center shelf uses single rivet beams. Shelves are adjustable in 1" increments, and the unit includes stain resistant, easy-to-clean 1/2" thick melamine surface decking with pre-cut square edging. The open design provides four-side access for maximum flexibility, and assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The top and bottom shelves use double rivet button stud construction to lock perimeter beams into corner posts, creating structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability, and the shelving add-on is compatible for expansion by joining units with greater stability and less construction than bolting starter units together.
