The SC Preferred 3 shelf commercial duty boltless shelving add-on with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage space in retail, industrial, and commercial settings. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing for customizable storage configurations. The kit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams for the top and bottom shelves, and single rivet horizontal beams for the center shelf, all of which adjust vertically at 1" intervals. The top and bottom shelves feature double rivet button stud construction that locks perimeter beams into corner posts to form structurally secure joints, eliminating back and side sway, while the center shelf uses single rivet beams. The shelving has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and stain-resistant, easy-to-clean melamine surface decking that measures 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging. The design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility and easy assembly with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The boltless construction facilitates easy expansion and increased stability by joining units with less construction effort than bolting two starter units together.
