The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf commercial duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage space in retail, industrial, and commercial settings. It features sturdy roll-formed steel framing with 2" x 1" 14 gauge uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted top and bottom horizontal beams, and single rivet center beams, all adjustable vertically at 1" increments. This open design allows four side access for maximum flexibility and includes chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish for durability. The kit includes snap-in components for easy assembly without the use of bolts, nuts, or clips. The shelving has sturdy, smooth, precut 5/8" thick particleboard wood decking, providing a cost-effective solid surface. The top and bottom shelves use double rivet button stud construction to lock perimeter beams into corner posts, ensuring a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Various heights, widths, and depths are available to accommodate nearly any facility area. The unit complies with commercial and industrial storage requirements and is built for long-lasting service.
