The SC Preferred™ 3 Shelf commercial duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial applications. It features durable, adaptable storage with adjustable open shelves at 1" increments, allowing for flexible configuration. This starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams on the top and bottom shelves, and single rivet horizontal beams on the center shelf, securing the perimeter beams into corner posts to form a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. The included shelves consist of sturdy, smooth, precut 5/8" thick particleboard decking finished with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel for durability. The open design allows access from all four sides, and the assembly is simple and tool-free with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The shelving comes in various heights, widths, and depths to accommodate different facility needs.
