The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf commercial duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage space in retail, commercial, and industrial environments, offering various heights, widths, and depths to fit nearly any facility area. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing four-side access for maximum flexibility. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams for top and bottom shelves, and single rivet horizontal beams for the center shelf, all featuring a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish. The shelving frame is constructed from sturdy roll-formed steel with top and bottom shelves utilizing double rivet button stud construction to lock perimeter beams into corner posts, providing a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. The starter unit comes with smooth, precut 5/8" thick particleboard wood decking, offering cost-effective solid support. Assembly is easy with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips.
