The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf commercial duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed for durable and adaptable storage in retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. It features adjustable open shelves that can be modified in 1" increments, allowing customization of storage height. The package includes a starter unit with rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double rivet horizontal beams for the top and bottom shelves, and single rivet beams for the center shelf, all constructed with roll-formed steel framing to provide maximum support and eliminate back and side sway. The shelving uses double rivet button stud construction on the top and bottom shelves to lock perimeter beams into corner posts for structural security. The 5/8" thick chip-resistant precut particleboard decking offers solid, cost-effective shelf surfaces, finished with a gray baked enamel coating for durability. Assembly requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, enabling easy set-up with snap-in components.
