The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf commercial duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed for retail, commercial, and industrial storage applications, maximizing storage area with various heights, widths, and depths to accommodate different facility spaces. The open design allows four-sided access, providing maximum flexibility, and features easy assembly with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 GA steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams for the top and bottom shelves, and single rivet horizontal beams for the center shelf, all adjustable vertically at 1" increments. The shelving features sturdy roll-formed steel framing with double rivet button stud construction to lock perimeter beams into corner posts, forming structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. The shelves have a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish, and the solid decking consists of smooth, sturdy precut 5/8" thick particleboard.
