The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf, commercial duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial applications. It features durable roll-formed steel framing with rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams for top and bottom shelves, while the center shelf uses single rivet beams. The open shelving design allows four-sided access and adjustable open shelves at 1" increments for flexibility. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The top and bottom shelves utilize double rivet button stud construction to lock perimeter beams into corner posts, creating structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. The add-on unit includes sturdy, smooth, precut 5/8" thick particleboard wood decking with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish. Various heights, widths, and depths accommodate nearly any facility space, and units can be joined for expanded storage with greater stability and less construction compared to bolting multiple starter units together.
