The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf commercial duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial applications. It features adjustable open shelves at 1" increments and an open design that allows four-side access for maximum flexibility. The kit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams for top and bottom shelves, and single rivet horizontal beams for the center shelf, all of which adjust vertically in 1" increments. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support with top and bottom shelves utilizing double rivet button stud construction to lock perimeter beams into corner posts, forming structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway, while the center shelf uses single rivet beams. The add-on unit includes precut 5/8" thick particleboard wood decking with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish. Assembly is easy and requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, using snap-in components to provide stability and facilitate expansion by joining units with less construction than bolting two starter units together.
