The SC Preferred™ 4 shelf commercial duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial applications with various heights, widths, and depths to accommodate nearly every facility space. The kit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams for top and bottom shelves, and single rivet horizontal beams for the center shelf, all of which adjust vertically in 1" increments. The shelves use double rivet button stud construction to lock perimeter beams into corner posts, forming structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. The smooth, precut wood decking consists of 5/8" thick particleboard providing a cost-effective solid surface. The shelving unit features a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and a boltless design for easy assembly with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility, and the add-on units enable expansion with more stability and less construction than bolting two starter units together.
