Pip® offers the Ecoseries™ BioSoft™ ear plugs, which are the first ear plugs made from bio-based technologies aimed at reducing waste and minimizing environmental impact. The BioSoft™ ear plug foam material provides a fit and performance comparable to conventional polyurethane or PVC materials, while significantly lowering the carbon footprint. The innovative design eliminates the need for rolling, allowing for an easier and more hygienic fit. All components of the product, including the earplug, cord, stem, and packaging, are made from bio-based materials sourced from North America. The ear plugs are designed to be soft and smooth, ensuring low pressure for excellent comfort. Independently tested with a Noise Reduction Rating (NRR) of 32 and a Single Number Rating (SNR) of 38, they maintain the same shelf life as standard PU foam ear plugs when stored in their original packaging. This corded ear plug style is designed for convenience, allowing users to wear the plugs around their neck when not in use, and can be made with rubber or non-resonating textiles. The ear plugs are available in an orange/yellow color family.
