PIP® presents the EcoSeries™ BioSoft™ ear plugs, a sustainable product developed from bio-based technologies aimed at reducing waste and environmental impact. This innovative ear plug foam material offers the same fit and performance as traditional polyurethane or PVC, while significantly lowering the carbon footprint. The BioSoft™ ear plugs are constructed from bio-based materials sourced in North America, with all components—including the earplug, cord, stem, and packaging—being bio-based. The ear plugs have been independently tested with a Noise Reduction Rating (NRR) of 32 and Single Number Rating (SNR) of 38. When stored in its original packaging, the BioSoft™ ear plugs maintain a shelf life comparable to standard PU foam ear plugs. The corded design allows for easy tracking, enabling users to wear the plugs around their necks when not in use, and they are available in a tapered shape that fits the natural contour of the ear canal. The product features a color family of green and white, and the ear plug material is a bio-based foam.
