PIP® introduces the EcoSeries™ BioSoft™ ear plugs, which are the first ear plugs made from bio-based technologies, emphasizing sustainability while providing the same fit and performance as conventional polyurethane or PVC materials. These ear plugs feature a revolutionary design that requires no rolling, ensuring a more hygienic and comfortable fit with soft, smooth foam that exerts low pressure on the ear. The BioSoft™ ear plugs, made from bio-based materials sourced in North America, have been independently tested with a Noise Reduction Rating (NRR) of 32 and a Single Number Rating (SNR) of 38. When stored in their original packaging, these ear plugs maintain the same shelf life as standard polyurethane foam ear plugs. The uncorded design makes them a cost-effective choice primarily intended for one-time use, particularly in environments where a cord may pose a hazard. The ear plug material is a bio-based foam, and they are available in an orange/yellow color family.
