The kit includes ear plugs made from bio-based materials produced in North America, with all components—including the earplug, cord, stem, and bag—constructed from bio-based materials. The revolutionary design of the BioSoft™ ear plugs eliminates the need for rolling, ensuring a more hygienic and easier fit, while the soft, smooth, and low-pressure foam provides excellent comfort. These ear plugs are metal detectable (blue), making them ideal for the food industry. They have been independently tested with a Noise Reduction Rating (NRR) of 32 and Sound Noise Reduction (SNR) of 38. When stored in their original packaging, BioSoft™ ear plugs maintain the same shelf life as standard polyurethane foam ear plugs.
