The SC Preferred 5 Shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wire decking is designed to maximize storage space with a max storage weight of 1800 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments and allow four-side access for maximum flexibility. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock perimeter beams into corner posts, eliminating back and side sway. The wire decking provides ventilation, visibility, and light penetration, allowing sprinkler water to pass throughout the racks to enhance fire safety. The shelving system is finished with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel. Assembly is easy with snap-in components and requires no bolts, nuts, or clips. The shelving complies with structural integrity standards required for industrial storage and includes a warranty as specified by the manufacturer.
