The SC Preferred 3-shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage capacity with a maximum storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing for customizable storage configurations. Assembly is easy and requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, utilizing snap-in components instead. The shelving includes sturdy roll-formed steel framing for maximum support, with front-to-back supports that prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. Double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into corner posts, eliminating back and side sway and ensuring structural stability. Each starter unit comes with rugged 2" x 1-1/2" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically in 1" increments. The shelving is finished with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel coating and includes sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard wood decking that ships in two pieces as a cost-effective solid surface.
