The SC Preferred™ 3 Shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage area with a max storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level, suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. It features durable, adaptable open shelves that are adjustable at 1" increments and easy assembly without the need for bolts, nuts, or clips. The unit includes rugged 2" x 1-1/2" 14 ga steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock perimeter beams into the corner post, preventing back and side sway and ensuring structural stability. The roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability, and the sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard wood decking ships in two pieces, offering a cost-effective solid surface.
